    ManifestDeX ("we", "us", "our") provides a platform that allows users to share and download Steam manifest files. Our service enables users to manage game manifests for use with Steam.

    By accessing or using ManifestDeX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our service.

    2. User Responsibilities

    You agree to:

    • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
    • Maintain the security of your account credentials
    • Use the service only for lawful purposes
    • Not share your account with others
    • Not use automated systems to access the service without permission
    • Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the service
    • Respect intellectual property rights

    3. Payment Terms

    No Refunds Policy

    All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for any purchases, including but not limited to Pro subscriptions, credit purchases, or any other paid services. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this no-refund policy.

    Chargebacks Prohibited

    Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Initiating a chargeback or disputing a payment through your payment provider will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account. You will lose access to all services, including any purchased credits, Pro status, or lifetime access. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies in the event of a chargeback.

    All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges imposed by your jurisdiction.

    Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. We are not responsible for issues arising from payment processing.

    4. Lifetime Access Definition

    Important: Understanding "Lifetime Access"

    When we refer to "lifetime access" in our service offerings, this means access to the ManifestDeX service for as long as the project is actively maintained and operational. This is not a guarantee of access for the literal lifetime of the user, but rather access for the lifetime of the actively maintained project. We reserve the right to discontinue the service if it is no longer feasible to maintain it.

    Lifetime access is subject to:

    • The continued operation and maintenance of the ManifestDeX service
    • Compliance with these Terms of Service
    • Adherence to all applicable laws and regulations

    5. Account Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, for any reason including, but not limited to:

    • Violation of these Terms of Service
    • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
    • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute
    • Sharing account credentials with others
    • Attempting to compromise the security of the service
    • Use of automated systems without permission

    Upon termination, you will lose access to all services and any purchased credits, Pro status, or lifetime access. We are not obligated to provide any refunds or compensation upon termination.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ManifestDeX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

    Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the use of our service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

    We provide the service "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

    7. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes to these terms through one or more of the following methods:

    • Email notification to the address associated with your account
    • Prominent notice on our website
    • In-app notification or banner

    Continued use of the service after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must discontinue use of the service.
